With over 14 years of service in the Wisconsin Army National Guard as a 13B Platoon Sergeant and S2 Intelligence Officer Michael LeDoux brings a mission-driven approach to helping others succeed. As a Life Coach through CHW and a seasoned fitness industry professional with 15 years in operations, Michael blends discipline, motivation, and real-world experience to guide individuals through life transitions.
Michael is passionate about supporting service members as they navigate the shift to civilian careers. He specializes in job placement assistance, resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and preparing tailored cover letters—particularly for state and federal employment opportunities. His work also includes connecting employers with the military community to foster meaningful career opportunities for veterans and their families.

With a BFA from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and extensive hands-on HR training in the areas of employment law, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and labor relations, Kristine brings both academic and applied expertise to her role as a Professional Development Counselor for J-9.
As a former Case Manager for the Wisconsin Works (W2) program with Forward Service Corporation, Kristine has supported individuals in crisis with often significant and complex barriers to employment—including generational poverty, limited education, housing and food insecurity, trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault and trafficking, mental and physical health conditions, diverse learning needs, refugee status, substance use disorders, and justice involvement.
She has connected participants to critical resources in all areas of need, designed customized employment plans, recommended workplace accommodations, and interpreted both career & educational assessments.
In her work at the Urban League of Greater Madison, a community-based non-profit she has achieved job placement outcomes across all sectors, fields, and work location types for individuals with a wide range of educational levels and interests, (GED to PHD) creating personal economic lift. (While exceeding yearly placement quota goals)
She also has conducted full-cycle recruitment, training, and facilitation providing program management for a wide range of career pathway cohorts or workshops (Healthcare Administration, CNA, Insurance, and Banking) with a hire rate of 50% to 80%.
She loves providing mentoring, resources, strategy, and support to National Guard service members seeking employment. Each person’s individual career story and innate strengths are endlessly fascinating to her, and she considers it a privilege to assist in someone finding their next right move.
