Eligibility: All Colorado Residents and Employers.
Workforce Centers provide a variety of free services to assist employers and job seekers. These include job listings, computer and internet access, and career counseling and training. Veterans receive additional support with their job search.
Eligibility: Anyone can utilize the services at county Workforce Centers. Veterans receive priority of service in all federally funded programs at the workforce center. If applicable in order to qualify for the Disabled Veterans’ Outreach Program (DVOP), the Veteran must first meet with an employment specialist at the workforce center. If appropriate, intensive services for Veterans with significant barriers to employment will be provided.

Federal Tuition Assistance (FTA) is financial assistance provided for voluntary off-duty education programs in support of a soldier’s professional and personal self-development goals.
This is a pay-as-you-learn approach to upskill or reskill into a new career field. For career seekers wanting to enter tech careers but have little or no experience, Apprenticeship is a doorway to a rewarding career in tech.
Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)
Eligibility: All employers, all uniformed Service Members, and Families of affected Service Members.
Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve is a Department of Defense program that develops and promotes supportive work environments for Service Members in the Reserve Components through outreach, recognition, and educational opportunities that increase awareness of applicable laws and resolves employment conflicts between the Service Members and their employers.
